Explosions in the Sky - "Yasmin The Light"It was probably the song "The Moon Is Down" from last week's playlist that got me interested in the band again, but this has always been my favorite song. I first heard the band when I watched them play this song on Austin City Limits (the TV show, I don't actually go to awesome concerts), which made it so much better. Following up The Decemberists is never easy, but I was blown away when they first came on stage and opened with a track as strong as this. I also really liked the way they closed their show with all of the guitarists punching their guitars. I don't really know how they made such cool sounds by doing that, but it really made me want to attend one of their shows.
