Death From Above 1979 - "Better Off Dead"

I'd have to say one of the greatest feelings in the world is finding a new track by your favorite band, who unfortunately broke up years ago. That's how I felt when I found the Romance Bloody Romance LP a while back. Although there are only two new original tracks, it was so exciting to find out that there were a couple new tracks floating around somewhere. "Better Off Dead," the better of the two, sounds like every other song on the dance-punk duo's phenomenal debut, with pounding bass, ear-shattering drums, and Sebastien Grainger's lovely shrieking voice. I'm pretty sure that if it was actually on YAWIAM, I wouldn't appreciate it half as much as I do now. So take note all you musicians out there: posthumously released singles will undoubtedly brighten the lives of fans everywhere.
