Jonathan Fire*Eater - "When The Curtain Calls For You"

Although they're not quite The Walkmen, Jonathan Fire*Eater had a pretty good run in the '90s, producing some decent tracks. Sometimes when I get a little tired of The Walkmen I go through some of JF*E's discography and reminisce about the simple nature of '90s indie rock. This is currently my favorite song on the album, and possibly my favorite by the band. In the long run, I'm definitely glad the band fell apart to form a group that's far superior, but I'm also sometimes curious as to how they planned on developing their sound. This sounds like an early Walkmen trap and I'd like to know if they would have taken the same path despite Stewart Lupton's stubborness.
