Sleigh Bells - "Tell 'Em"So this song is now the talk of all the blogs and I am not impressed. Sure, I'm all about the noise pop aspect of Sleigh Bells, but the vocals absolutely do not fit. I understand that they were going for the sharp contrast in the two, but the result is something that I find to be quite distasteful. If a loud band is going to have a female singer, it's common knowledge that she has to be at least somewhat insane (i.e. YYYs, BYOP). Maybe it's just my biasedness against most female vocalists speaking, but despite its originality, this song's got nothing.
