Soft - "Higher"I really don't know anything about this band except for the fact that this is a great song. I don't remember exactly where I found it, but I'm sure glad I did. "Higher" is really just a blend of indie punk and shoegaze, but to me it just sounds so original. I assume there are plenty of other bands like this one playing gigs in NYC, but I can't name any band that can match this sound. According to the band's website, they've opened for both Kiss and Maroon 5 which baffles me because I can't see a fan of either of those bands enjoying this stuff. However, it also says they've played alongside Hot Chip and Voxtrot which I suppose is more of their fanbase.
